To reset TP-LINK router admin password

    • Open the web browser and type the wireless router IP address in the address bar, and click. The original IP address of the TP-Link router is 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
    • Type the username and password in the login page. The default username and password are both admin in the lower case.
    • Click on Manage-> Access Control-> Password on the left-hand page, and type old password and new password.

    • Type in a new password. Go to the “password” field, although the password field may say “PSK password”.

The factory reset clears all custom settings on your router, even your Wi-Fi name and password will disappear. Make sure you are ready to proceed.

By Router’s Web Interface

You can refer to How to access the Wi-Fi Routers based web interface, then go to Advanced-> Tools Tools -> Backup & Restore -> Factory Default Restore, then click on Factory Restore . and wait for the Router to restart its factory settings
